When the fuel is received at a filling station, the personnel of the station perform product analysis and check the following:

  • lack of mechanical impurities and water;
  • colour matching;
  • transparency.

If any of these parameters does not comply with standard values, the tank truck is not accepted at the station! If the quality complies with the standards, “Retained Samples” of fuel are collected from each tank truck for each fuel grade (class) by the operator together with the delivery driver of the tank truck. These samples are stored at the station and used in the event of customer complaints about fuel quality. A scheduled check analysis of oil product quality is performed at each station on a monthly basis, and a mandatory unscheduled analysis of fuel quality takes place if a complaint is received from a customer. Tank cleaning operations, as well as operations on applying an anticorrosion coating to tank inner surfaces, are performed on a regular basis.
